Does it really take up to a week for the depo shot to start being effective?
I got my first depo shot on Thursday (april 5 2018), my dr told me that it usually takes a week for it to be effective and that I should use condoms if i plan on having sex before the 1 week mark. The doctor is probably right, right? What do you guys think?
