Worried, bleeding after sex

Me and my partner had sex last night for the first time in about a month. It was a little intense , well half way thru he notice blood, kind of enough for me to have to jump in the shower to clean it off. I’m so worried, I’m 13weeks. It wasn’t light pink spotting. It was red blood like I was on my period. Last night after the shower when I wiped it was light light Pink. Today(this morning) it stopped completely .

For the past 2 days I’ve be n having aches in my lower stomach they say it’s from my uterus growing. So feeling this aches also after the shower made me even more nervous.

Any ladies help me , if you’ve been in similar situations . This is my first pregnancy .
