Congested & dry mouth ??

Anyone else super congested in the nose all the time & get super dry throat at night. Do you have any suggestions or tips?

My throat gets sooo dry at night. I just keep water next to my bed and every time I wake up in the middle of the night (which is every other hour 😩) I just drink water.

I have had this for about a week and a half or two weeks.... I don't have any help for the dry throat but with the stuffiness I have been smelling eucalyptus oil from my diffuser....it helps as long as I'm standing

I’ve had this my throughout my second pregnancy but not with my first. I’m currently 30 weeks and haven’t found anything to alleviate it. I’d love to know if you find something that does! The dry mouth is horrid.
