No symptoms

Hi ladies I’m a little worried I haven’t had a period since feb 18-27 I missed all of Mach and kept getting neg pregnancy test well I didn’t think to much of it because I had no breast tenderness and mild nausea but I have a sensitive stomach so that’s not unusual I even went to the docor and they did a pee test which came back neg. so they stuck me on progesterone to kick start a period and on the 7th day I should of started well that was yesterday and I still never started so decided to take a test again even tho I believed it would be neg again I have no real symptoms we’ll surprise it’s positive I didn’t plan this I have to kids my daughter is only one and we struggled for years to have my 8 year old son and 1 year old daughter and many miscarriages in between we are excited and scared all at one but my biggest worry is I have no symptoms, any woman in the same boat? I guess I’m just really scared and looking for some support I’m sorry if this is long or in the wrong spot have a wonderful day guys and thanks for any advice in advance
