Flu like symptoms

So I had the show last Wednesday , then had contractions (I thought were) for days on and off. Yesterday morning I had bad sharp pains down below whenever little boy moved about, then yesterday afternoon I felt like I had the flu!! Last night I had no movements from Little one nor did I have any movements from him this morning until around 10am, he's moving a lot now but I've suddenly come over feeling like I have a bug again! My body aches, I feel sooooo tired and I feel sick! Do you have any idea what's going on?? Just come on so suddenly?! I felt fine an hour ago?
