levels

ok ladies. i need some help with my levels and what they mean. i was seeing a fertility specialist only one in my area and he did no blood tests and did just a SA for my husband and told me he wanted to cut me open to diagnose endometriosis...however we got pregnant naturally. the only times ive gotten pregnant have been on the pill. one long and one for 3 months. so my primary care agreed to do blood tests as if i was going to the fertility doctor and i have no idea what the results mean.

estradiol- 208 pg/ml

Tsh 1.36 (on synthroid for 6 months now)

progesterone- 29.69ng/ml (94.4 nmol.l)

fsh- 3.84

LH- 4.47.

do these levels look promising that i am ovulating? could i have endometriosis and thats why i can easily get pregnant after birth control bc it controls it and so its easier when i come off?

i thought i had low progesterone bc i spot for several days before my period every cycle and my periods are so heavy with large clots.

i was tempted to try the 3 month cycle of bc again but if these are good levels i dont want to mess anything up. help lol
