Hcg level

I am currently 10dpo and received a faint positive yesterday on a dip test. Since I have previously had a miscarriage, my doctor went ahead an ordered me to have my hcg and progesterone levels checked. My hcg level is 18 and my progesterone is greater than 40 is that normal in early pregnancy?
