Temp spike again at 13dpo but bfn

So so have been tracking my bbt and had a spike at cd20 and stayed around 98 so I assumed O was then. My bbt temp just spiked again 13dpo to 98.6 and is still up today (14dpo) but I tested and it’s negative. My period is due today but nothing so far. Thoughts?
