My baby confuses me

Changed my daughter from pre made milk to powdered milk today (she’s 4 weeks)

She was sick after the first feed, but seems to be taking it really well now (has had 3 more with no issues!) but she has slept in between every feed without any fuss! A lot more than she would usually sleep. She was always fidgeting around before but now just sleeps solidly til the next feed, and has just gone down to bed without any issues. I know this sounds like a dream, but cause she wasn’t usually like this, I’m curious about it. Could it be that she just digests powdered milk better, therefore is more settled, to sleep and be less fidgety etc, or could it be something else?? She’s my first baby and my one born after a miscarriage, so I’m always wondering what’s right and wrong with her!
