to a family or friends house, or when someone comes over lately he just screams the entire time until we leave or until they leave. He just like me and his dad, I'm a SAHM and he has always been pretty high needs but now I'm anxious to hang out with people. Anyone experienced this before?

It's a phase . My son is 20 months and is just now growing out if it . It started around 14 months for my little one too. just keep working with him on it, it will get better once he becomes more independent.

My neighbors son is 23 months old. He used to get upset when I first came around. I used to play with him instead of just talk to Mom (one of my best friends), and over time he started calming down around me. He is still shy around strangers, but he loves the people he knows. Your son will grow out of it, I promise!!!
