Weird pain

So I just woke up an at 2:58 I had to go to the bathroom cause I’ve had this weird pain in my vagina twice except it doesn’t exactly hurt but it does it feels like I have to pee but when I do it it hurts my stomach so bad that I literally have to get a towel an hug it to like pee. An it’s not a burning sensation or anything like that an then when i wipe I bleed lightly an my period starts at the end of the month so I’m not having my period an everytime I get up I get the urge that I have to pee again but nothing comes out an when I lay down it gets worse. Please help
