Irregular period after plan B?

I took plan b in early march, the expected happened: early period, 2 day break then actual period

Im just wondering if my period is gonna stay irregular for awhile? I had protected sex but im getting tender nipples and i bloat a lot- my period is supposed to come in three days so im just curious to know if this is normal😭 my body has been so weird after taking plan B💀 i literally have been having skinny and fat days or extremely tender nipples for an hr or so
