I don't feel pregnant.

Hi everyone! I tested positive. I should be six weeks tomorrow. My question to you ladies is...

Does anyone get freaked out about not feeling pregnant? Or has anyone not felt pregnant?

About a little over a week ago I had an obvious change in smell and incredible sciatica like back pain and tiredness and emotions

Right now. Nothing. No pain. No special smell. No nausea. Nothing. I don't feel pregnant at all.

It's my first pregnancy. I'm not sure if I should be alarmed for the future developments?
