Odd cycle. Can anyone relate?

Hi ladies. I have been tracking my fertile days by checking my cp and cm for about 6 months now. And like clockwork as stated on the app I get my period on time and I also ovulate on the same day every month. But for some reason this month is completely off. My fertile week ended on the 8th. I had all the symptoms, egg whit discharge, high cervix but it never softened like usually. And now since yesterday my cervix has been super soft and I have creamy cm. That has never happened. What does a soft cervix mean if not ovulating? Or am I just ovulating later?
