Just got off my BC & TTC

I'm 31 years old and have been on the pill since 15. My Husband and I just celebrated our 1st Wedding Anniversary. We decided to stop taking BC and see what happens. I stopped on March 7th and got a weird 3 day bleed on the 11th. I had just had my cycle the week before I stopped taking the pill. Come to find out it was a "Withdrawl Period". I just finished my first "natural" cycle yesterday. My question is, how long did it take you to get pregnant once off of BC? How many days is the window of conceiving once you ovulate? My Mother's side of the family is pretty fertile, does that matter or help? I'm getting serious baby fever and I am trying to understand everything that is in my favor or against. Any input on tips would be appreciated! Thank you!
