No dr until 10 weeks?

I had my blood work done yesterday and it came back that this eggo is Prego. I don’t go in until May 14 for blood work and get an ultrasound the the next day. I will be 10 weeks at the time that seems like an awful long time and some serious anxiety. Is this normal?

It’s becuSe up to 8 weeks there’s still a really high risk of losing the baby and there’s nothing they can do to stop it and no real risk to you up to this point. It’s frustrating but there is a reason for it

Here in U.K. you don’t get a scan till 12wks.. but see the midwife at 8wks.. I’ve got another 6wks to wait for scan..😣
