Please help!
I am 10 weeks and I felt a rush of wetness in my underwear and when I went to wipe it was a load of yellow snot like discharge. Lots of it. I have had yellow discharge this whole pregnancy but never the amount I had today in one wipe. Is my baby ok? Should I go to the ER?
