headaches!!
so I've had a really bad head ache and neck pains the last couple of days and have taken plenty of pain killers but it just won't go away. I feel sick from it and have had a lot of water but I don't know what to do. my neck hurts so much I feel like crying 😭 does anyone have any tips ??
