Swollen feet 😩😩

I’m 34 weeks and I’ve been working pretty good since the day I found out I was pregnant. Lately my feet have been swelling, I have a doctors appointment Friday and I’m wondering if I should wait til then or call out and go to the doctor tomorrow. I swear I went to soak my feet and it sizzled like bacon when I got in the tub. I’ve also been wearing nothing but my ugg slippers to work. I went to the nurses office in my school and my bp was 140/90 today. What should I do?
