Hey ladies, is anyone else having trouble after eating? Last night I had a meal and could barely hold up my head and my arms felt weighted down. I sat like a blob until I could put my toddler to bed. Then laid there for a bit and it went away and my insomnia returned.... lol

I was scared I would faint and my son would be left unattended.

My husband works away from home so it’s just me and the kids.

I just finished my dinner (chips and salsa, don’t judge I’m moving tomorrow) and same thing but with a headache this time. Anyone familiar with this kind of thing?
