TMI, Is it normal to bleed this much?

So i’ve always had this heavy of a period. I went on birth control and it lightened just a little, but not as much as I’d like it to.

I’ve had horrendous cramps today, I went off of my birth control at the first of March, after I’d had my Birth control period I never took it again. I spotted for a week, thought that was my period and it wasn’t, and now I’m amidst a torrential downpour.

This picture above was a Super Plus Tampon, through a heavy flow panty liner.

It’s been less than 30 minutes.

Should I see a doctor?

What can I do?
