We have both gone through miscarriages in previous relationships (I had a miscarriage 8 years ago and his ex did around the same time, we got together a year or so after this and have always been open about them)

Fast forward, we have been together since, and are ready to start our family! But I’m panicking after reading horror stories!

I have had an iud in continuously for the last 7 years. I have an appointment in two weeks to get it removed so we can start ttc!

Since we have both been through that, I don’t want either of us to have to hurt like that again! Does anyone have any advice? Or positive stories about TTC after having an IUD that long?
