Pineal cysts??

Do any of you ladies have one? I went to the Doctors with complaints of bad migraines, nausea, and dizziness. I got an MRI, and she said I had a Pineal Cyst. She also mentioned that they can be affected by your period. It’s been a few months with nothing but light headaches, but once in awhile I will get nasty migraines and bad forgetfulness & memory. I’m not asking for a diagnosis, but just curious to see if anyone else has a pineal cyst and has symptoms?

I had double visions and horrible headaches and nausea. Was diagnosed with a very large “pineal cyst” it turned out to actually be a benign tumor. Keep an eye out if your symptoms become bad. I had my tumor removed and no more double vision or the similar headaches I once had. My tumor was blocking one of the ventricles.

I do too. Found out from getting a head scan. I was complaining of my face twitching. And they found it. But they told me that it’s small and not causing any issues. But I swear it does. I get vertigo here and there. And I can’t remember a lot of things for the life of me. I feel like it’s because I have 3 kids but they swear it’s not related.

Yes I have one and it would not have ever been diagnosed without an MRI for migraines. 
My neurologist says that 99% of the time they’re harmless and aren’t discovered until autopsy when someone dies (of natural causes - not problems related to the cyst). 
I try not to worry about it.
