Is it possible to ovulate on CD4&5

Long back story I'll try to keep it short. Been going to fertility specialist an I'm supposed to call when I have a positive surge. Top two was taken on CD4 bottom one was CD5. I'm supposed to go on the 17th for my 12 day scan an to hopefully do my trigger shot then. But if I'm already ovulating... honestly I'm just really confused...
