Is this what IB looks like?

So sorry for the pic, I know these can be hard to look at. This started since last night. There’s no flow. I have a pad on and there’s nothing on it. When I wipe I see the smallest faintest line and when I wipe the second time nothing. This was when I placed the tissue kinda inside and that’s when I saw this. I’m not cramping at all which I’m known to have some intense cramp the day before , first and second day of AF, but AF is 2 days late. And I’m roughly 12dpo or 13dpo but I definitely ovulated late. Is this implantation bleeding? Took a test with a cheapie since I’m out of anything else and it’s negative. Any thoughts? Anyone been through anything similar?
