symptoms from iud removal or sign of pregnancy???

hello all, I got my iud out on march 21. we are hoping for our bfp. I have been peeing like crazy which is not normal for me and my boobs are so sore. not sure if early pregnancy signs or if it's just by body regulating after the iud. I have not had a period in 4.5 yrs so to our, so not exactly sure where my cycle lays yet. was on iud fir pcos. I k ow the doctor has told me with my weight, age, pcos that we probably wont be able to conceive right away but still holding out hope.
