af 11 days late

so AF is 11 days late and I'm getting negative urine tests. but I took a test yesterday and thought I saw a faint line but not 100% I think I have line eyes plus it was a blue dye test. I just got blood work at my pre op appointment for my jaw surgery and there was an HCG pannel. would the Dr call and tell me I can't get my surgery if it comes back positive or would they just say they can't do it?
