Should I take a test?

Hey ladies. I’ve had my liletta IUD since November, to start out my periods were the same and they’ve slowly become less heavy but still like clockwork but a little longer than they used to be. This month I’m currently 7 days late, which is super unusual for me bc my periods have been like clockwork. I’ve had unprotected sex plenty and I’m worried I need to take a test. Could this be my IUD affecting the fact that I get a period or not? Am I just late? Do you think there’s a chance I’m pregnant? Should I take a test? I need input from other ladies with IUDs, thanks!!
