How many months?

Ok my son is 12 weeks 6 days..I’m confused to when he will turn 3 months? First time mom so I’m still learning 🤷‍♀️

For my son, I’m saying 3 months after the day he was born. Born 19th Jan, so 3 months on 19 April. 
If you would rather base how many months via weeks, it would be 13 weeks.

I was confused on that too, but I realized it makes sense for it to be the same day every month.

My daughter was born 1-12 so she turns a new month every 12th
