Bad Mom

So I have a 13 month old who fights naps but if she doesn’t get them it’s like the world is ending she used to take two naps a day for hr each time but now when I put her in her crib she cry’s for like a hr before crashing if I go in to comfort her it restarts the hr I am watching her on monitor and know that she is ok just fussy and upset with me but it makes me feel horrible and now the naps are less than 30 mins idk what to do her dr said to just let her wear herself out but it’s awful to just sit and wait
