Products helpful with an infant with bilateral club feet?

Question

FTM here and my little girl has my same birth defect! I’m 19.5 weeks and starting to think about registry things!
I’m assuming I should avoid footed pajamas and maybe try sleepsacks? Are there swaddles I could do with her in casts or Dennis Brown bar?
Any product recommendations for anything  infant related that would be helpful for me to know?? 
Any products I should avoid??

We just found out our son has bilateral club feet at my 17 week ultrasound and it was confirmed Tuesday at the 21 week us, so of course I’ve been trying to research everything I can. It seems that infant gowns will come in really handy and once it gets colder, we can use long sleeved onesies and “leg warmers”. I’ve found a few websites that have some really cute ones. It seems these will help keep the casts dry and “poop free” as well as keeping legs toasty and nosey people at bay. I found a Halo swaddle sleep sack that doesn’t constrict the lower half, so I’m thinking that will come in handy for swaddling for sleep. Guessing I’ll have to return all the footed sleepers I’ve bought. Hope this helps some and congrats on your baby girl💖
