Ladies !! Need advice

I’m with a older man I’m 18 going to be 19 this month on the 26th, and my boyfriend is 32. I need relationship advice. He says he loves me and things but when he gets angry he tells me he hates me and he wants to just leave etc and he constantly nags and puts me down over the littlest things, when I need help he gets mad, when I don’t wanna do something he gets mad at me and puts me down, when he hurts my feelings and I tell him about it he blames it on me , he told me before if I left he would Beat me up. Just not sure what to do about this because I always try to be the best woman I can be to him. When I ask for hugs and things he gets mad and yells and says you always need something. He won’t let me go anywhere alone and he constantly has to know who I’m talking to and what I’m saying down to the T. Any advice ?
