Anyone know how to look up phone numbers?

How do I do a reverse search? I keep getting calls from 206-889-5002 all day everyday. I screen my calls and don’t answer if it’s not a saved number. Thing is, they never leave a message! I know it’s a Seattle area code (which is where I’m from) but that’s all I know. Thank you!
Update: I blocked the number yesterday and today I have been getting text messages from random five digit numbera, first message came through I blocked the number, second text was from yet another 5 digit number, blocked that one too! Super annoying!

I use the app Hiya to tell me about unknown numbers calling me & give me the option to block the number

You can do a basic reverse search by googling the number. I'm dealing with an issue just like this right now. I have to change my number since its nonstop.

Google the number. If its a registered business, it'll pop right up. If it doesn't, search the number on facebook. Most people have their facebook on their phones which means their account, if they have one, is likely linked to their phone number and you can see the owner. 
Or you can just call it back.
