Feel like I’m never going to ovulate

My husband and I started ttc in July 2017. We found out we were pregnant in October. I had my first appointment on November 27th and there was no heartbeat. I was nine weeks at that time. Had a D&C; on December 1st. Since then my cycles have been weird. I started using the easy @home opks last month and never got a positive. Then got my period on March 27th-30th. I was given a clearblue fertility monitor and started using that. Since CD6 I have been getting high readings yet still no peak. Today is CD 17. Any advice?
