I hate infertility!!!

I hate infertility it sucks! I never thought I would have a problem getting pregnant! I had always wanted to be a mom and experience all the ups and downs of being pregnant! My sisters didn't have any problem getting pregnant same with my mom. But about 3yrs ago I was diagnosed with PCOS. everything made sense with the symptoms i was having. I just recently found out that when I do get pregnant my body attacks the baby. Well today I feel like I am going to lose it, so i finally got a positive ovulation test on March 26th and so hubby and I baby danced. And my fertility doc gave me progesterone so hopefully it would stick. So been doing those and was suppose to start AF tuesday, it didn't so i kinda got excited. so i took a test yesterday and it was negative so i was like ill wait a little more. I didnt test today i just was like ill call my fertility doc and they told me that if i havent gotten a positive pregnancy test by today then i am more than likely not pregnant. ok so i take a pregnancy test and of course its negative. i am trying to be positive but idk how much more i can take. i have Faith that one day it will happen i just want it now!! needed to vent! thanks
