Am I doing squats wrong?
I’ve watched videos on how to do them correctly but I can’t figure out if somehow I’m still doing them wrong.
I haven’t worked out in a few months. Well I decided to start again with just some simple
squats since I can’t actually work out until the baby is born. So I did 35 of them. I did 10, 10 then took a break and finished. Then throughout the day my legs got pretty sore but it was okay. The next day I only did 20 because at that point, it hurt so bad. I could barely sit down to go pee. That was yesterday and they are still sore. I can move around but definitely cannot bend over.
I can’t figure out if this is normal or if I’m doing them wrong. I used to do a lot of squats and after a while I stopped getting sore
