Help wanted💪🏼🤟🏼

I need some advice on how to diet PROPERLY! I’ve tried it in the past n it just hasn’t lasted very long😩. I’ve decided enough is enough now, I’m sick of looking the way I do, I’m 18, and people literally stop and ask if I’m PREGNANT🤭 I’m not! I also need to change my diet because I have really bad bowels, and my doctors reckon it’s because of the diet I’m living on🤧. I also smoke a lot of cigarettes too which I know I need to cut down on🙅🏻‍♂️. I wanna feel good mentally, emotionally and also physically!💃🏻 (I can’t afford to go to the gym here in the UK because a membership is toooo much😳)
