Needing some advice

First pregnancy was unexpected but ended in mmc at 6 weeks. Didn’t find out until 12 weeks and ended up having d and c. Surgery was the first week in Jan. AF didn’t come until March 6th. We are ttc again. I got ewcm around cd12, 13, 14, 15. We BD’d every other day. Now AF is 10 days late and I’m still getting BFN. I have irregular periods unless I’m taking bc. I’m so disappointed and afraid. Am I not ovulating? Why am I not having a period? Can I still get pregnant if I’m not having a period? Am I still ovulating when I don’t have a period? I don’t understand 😔😭 I plan on calling my obgyn tomorrow to make an appt. Why can’t I just have normal cycles?
