When to go get seen? TMI post

So I've been dealing with diarrhea and nausea the last 2 days now and I'm in constant discomfort. It's to the point where I don't want to eat or drink anything because it brings on a bought of excruciating pain in my abdomen until I pass it and then the cycle starts again. Even water is causing it. So since I'm not eating, I have a pounding headache and my body is super sore.

My problem is, I don't have medical insurance and we don't have the money for a dr visit out of pocket. Should this mess pass on it's own in a few days or should I be seen? We MIGHT be able to swing a urgent care bill, but I doubt it. I'm also the sole caretaker of my 1 year old on top of it all, so miserable mommy here.
