Should I get plan B?

Question

So last night I had unprotected sex around 2am and I’m on the pill (combination pill) and he did pull out and I’m supposed to start my period soon ( I took my first placebo pill last night) 
I get paid tomorrow and I’ll be able to take the plan b pill around 8pm tomorrow (42 hours after unprotected sex) 
Should I take the pill? How effective will it be in preventing pregnancy?

No. It takes a week for the bc pill to become effective. You’re past that point. You dont mix plan b and bc pill! Thats WAY too many hormones.

Have you missed a pill? If not, no plan B. It's kind of the point of being on birth control.

Just don’t keep taking the Plan B constantly , the medicine in it can be very bad eventually which would lead to things. That’s what my doctor said when I asked if your taking it a lot
