Does anyone have any workout tips or vitamin recommendations to help promote weight loss? I am a distance runner in track and log over 30+Miles a week, I eat a fairly healthy diet and ONLY drink water, yet I still have some stubborn belly fat that seems impossible to get rid of no matter how hard I try!
