Undiagnosable sickness!! HELP!

This is going to be a long story, i want to give you all the details. So to start, ive had this problem for 3 or 4 years. In the beginning i need to spit mucus all day everyday. In the morning the mucus would be so hard to get out and green/brown some mornings i would cough and hack so hard id throw up. After spitting out the green/brown mucus id just spit clear mucus through out the day, i also have trouble breathing, if its to cold or to hot I physically can not breathe if feels like im underwater. Now lately ive been blowing my nose and blood comes out. I have seen my pediatrician many times about this and he says its acid reflux and i seen a ent about two months ago and he says it is my muscle contracting, also acid reflux. I am getting fed up with this pain. It is miserable. I dont know what else to do. No doctor believes the pain and miserable thing i go through daily. I need advice on what i can do and if anyone has an idea of what this can be. I alway forget to add i was tested for allergies and i have an allergy to maple leaves, i cant remember the number but it was literally the lowest number possible, and i live nowhere near maple trees
