Digital confusing me

I just decided to try a digital after a few VFL’s. I opened the FR digital and the clock was not blinking. I then hit it a little bit and the clock appeared. I dipped it in my pee and the clock was there but always solid (not blinking). After a while it said “yes+” with a clock next to it. Is this invalid or should I be excited?!

I will say that since I thought it might be invalid I took it apart after getting the initial results. I’ve always wondered what they look like inside! When I took the technical stuff out it went all crazy blinking yes no and a clock. So I put it back and it immediately went back to yes+ with the clock. I did this a few times with the same results each time.
