miscarriage

I had a miscarriage on March/8/2018 so I wasn't planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but when I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago it came out positive but then yesterday I started bleeding heavy with a couple small clots!! every time I wipe... and when I looked at my pad there was no bleeding!! into this morning!! But my pad doesn't get bad it's only when I wipe? am I having a miscarriage? the same thing is happening like last time but only this time it's heavy
