really bad pain?

I haven't started my period yet for this month and I'm having some pain in my stomach. but it's excruciating and I never get them this bad. I had them last weekend but I thought it was nothing. is this my cramps or is this something else bc it literally hurts to even move my body.

Could be viral gastroenteritis....there’s a nasty one circulating right now, but it would be accompanied with vomiting and diarrhea as well as a fever. If you can’t move, you should go to urgent care, if you spike a fever (over 102.00) go to ER.

Could be digestive related? If you are in a pain that is really bad ( only you know what your used to) you should keep track of the pain and go see your dr. Could be a cyst?
