I’ve had weight issues my whole life, being over weight. I recently lost a really good amount for our wedding and about a month after we got married I found out I was pregnant. I’ve had some eating issues because this is my first pregnancy and I’ve had a lot of nausea. The only thing that sounds appetizing to me is fries, carbs, and more carbs. The sound of meat and veggies make me gag. I’m not wanting to gain 50lbs through this process. Does anyone have any good tips or tricks? I’m willing to try anything!
