Is it an abdominal? They should have done a vaginal bc you’re so early. But it does look like there’s maybe 2 babies! Gotta wait and see.

I’m 6 weeks 3 days...and she said the top dark spot could possibly be implantation bleeding that could go away or a baby could pop up in there. Idk I’m confused lol. I go back in two weeks to get another one.
