Has anybody’s baby been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis? My daughter underwent surgery for a small bowel atresia and they have just told me that it’s a sign of CF because her meconium was stuck in her small bowel which I figured was just because of her blockage? Her state testing came back normal but she’s too young to confirm with a sweat test as infants don’t produce enough sweat for the test I was told. She’s been in NICU for 4 weeks and I’m just getting devastated it’s one thing after another.
