I need some help ladies me and

My boyfriend been trying to get pregnant I was on the nexplanon for almost 2 years I just got it out it feb and got my period in March 5 till the 9th and April I was 2 days late and started on the 3 rd day and was on it for 3 days what can I do get pregnant
