could this be possible?

Hey ladies I had a miscarriage 3/20 at 5wks 5days and bled for only 6 days no period, I've been so crampy for the last 3 days and started having creamy discharge,sore boobs and nipples, heartburn, constantly hungry,and so very tired all the symptoms I had with all my pregnancies and so I decided to test this morning and to my surprise I got positive pregnancy test and to be clear my Hcg levels had went down to a zero. So my question is, is it possible to conceive so fast after a miscarriage without a period? I'm praying to God this Baby sticks and grows healthy!
